IPE Project


Step 1: Enter all Health Profession Programs (HPP) that participated in your IPE program during the fiscal year, including both institution and HPP name.
Step 2: Create a new Characteristics/Outcomes Form (IPE-HC) Form for each HPP. You may update the information as needed until June 15.
Step 3: Respond to any data review feedback from the data and evaluation team July 16-30. After June 30, data will be finalized and may not be changed.
 

The IPE-HC form is separate from the reporting of IPE events. IPE events should be entered into the event record, with the funding marked as “Base IPE” (or “MAI IPE” for UTSA’s program only). All events with IPE funding must also have the IPE HPP indicated.
